The Alternative Education Program is designed for students who have not been successful in a traditional public school setting. Our program is in place to help students receive their high school diploma.  Earning their way back to graduate from Orestimba is also an option. 

West Side Valley High School graduates are NOT ELEGIBLE to go directly into a four-year college/university. They may attend junior colleges, trade schools, and some military branches.

 West Side Daily Schedule:

Monday-Thursday – 8:00-1:30
Friday - 8:00-12:00

How to get back to Orestimba:

Students may only return to Orestimba at the beginning of the school year or after Winter Break.  STUDENTS MUST BE CAUGHT UP WITH CORE CLASSES FROM PREVIOUS YEARS (English, Math, Science, etc.).
